Perched high upon a stunning location in the Tushar Mountains, Eagle Point Resort is southern Utah’s steepest and deepest ski and snowboard resort. Considered a perfect getaway from the crowded slopes and high prices of the mega-resorts, Eagle Point Resort is a scenic 17 mile drive from downtown Beaver via Route 153. The independently owned resort averages 350 annual inches of Utah’s Greatest Snow on Earth across 650 skiable acres and over 1,500 vertical feet.
There is also a professionally designed terrain park that is man-made design features to maximize creativity. Canyonside Lodge Bar & Grill with its high ceilings and rustic mountain ambiance serves casual and fine dining, and live music entertaining guests on weekend evenings. In the heart of the village is plentiful ski-in/ski-out lodging making your stay convenient and comfortable. Guests of the resort often note the lack of lift lines, uncrowded slopes and friendly staff on and off the mountain.
During summer months, Eagle Point transforms itself into a mountain getaway, where alpine air provides a respite from the heat. Among stunning alpine peaks guests enjoy mountain biking, hiking, fishing, canoeing, paintball, disc golf, and access to world-class ATV trails. with the mountain tops serving as a backdrop, weddings are popular at Eagle Point, particularly during the summer months where the smell of pine trees grace outdoor venues and the rustle of aspens interrupt the silence.

Mountain Bike down Tushar Ridge Trail
Mountain bikes bring Eagle Point Ski Resort alive in the summer. Cyclists can travel 41 miles on 12 designated trails, including six novice rides that are great for kids. The 1.1-mile Observation Point Trail is a fun ride that begins by the lodge and climbs through woods to great views at Observation Point. The 3.9-mile Tushar Ridge Trail (#179) is a long easy downhill ride that loses 1,443 feet from the Puffer Lake Trail. The upper section is singletrack through trees while the lower part alternates between forest and ski runs. Set up a shuttle ride with the resort to get back to the trailhead and your car.
