Welcome to the Ramblers, where adventure awaits!
Known for its geographic diversity, the Ramblers are an underappreciated gem in the southwest part of the state. From the alpine lakes of the Tushars in the east to the desert ranges along the Nevada border to the west, the region has many iconic Utah landscapes to explore. Outdoor lovers will find plenty to do throughout the county, including hiking, ATV riding, snowmobiling, backpacking, mountain biking, and horseback riding. There’s also a lot of history to explore, with ghost towns helping to tell the story of the area’s initial settlers. And no matter where you go, you’ll find unforgettable views to enjoy.

DELANO PEAK
Delano Peak offers the intrepid climber an incomparable view of Southern Utah, and bragging rights for summiting the 12,174 foot titan.

MT. BELKNAP
Travel along the highest road in the state of Utah to reach a challenging hike over volcanic rock.

Rocky alpine trails, clear blue water, and ridiculous views, Blue Lake has something for everyone.
MT. BALDY
Baldy Peak, at 12,000 feet, soars above the other mountains of the Tushars, an impressive monolith of rock- a great hiking challenge!
TUSHAR MOUNTAIN SCENIC BYWAY
A drive of epic proportions that will transport you back in time to an untouched view of the west similar to what you would’ve found in the late 1800’s.
MANDERFIELD RESERVOIR
Manderfield Reservoir, or as many locals still refer to it, Indian Creek Reservoir, is the epicenter of year-round outdoor adventure!

It’s all about the trout. Bring your pole to Kent Lake, hop on a canoe and have fresh fish for dinner!
LEBARON RESERVOIR
This serene and secluded alpine retreat is ideal for wildlife viewing, hunting in season, camping, and picnicking.

65-acre alpine lake great for paddleboarding in the summer and snowshoeing in the winter.
Skyline Trail

The Pocket Trail
The Pocket Trail is the perfect, challenging day hike that pays off in spectacular views!
Three Creeks
Enjoy a perfect day of fun on the water at Three Creeks or explore the nearby expansive trail system.
Tushar Lake
Located within the majestic Tushar Mountain Range and nestled within a forest of aspen and mixed conifer Tushar Lake is the perfect base camp for outdoor adventure.
Rock Corral
A rockhounder’s paradise surrounded by towering granite peaks, this location has a little bit of everything.
GRANITE PEAK RESERVOIR
A quick and easy hike to a quiet refuge for fishing, birding and relaxation.
Rock Cabin
A cabin built in a hollowed out section of a large boulder, tucked away in the Mineral Mountains.
MAGS BROTHEL
An easy ATV ride featuring bubbling pools, and hissing steam vents with an abandoned brothel at journey’s end.
MINERAL MOUNTAINS
Known and visited by few, Utah’s Minerals are the state’s largest exposed mass of solidified molten rock – including some of the world’s most prized gems!
THE CHROMOSOME DOME

GRANITE PEAK
Breathtaking formations of rock and undiscovered canyons it’s the tallest peak in the Mineral Mountains.

BEAVER BENCH MOUNTAIN BIKE TRAILS
The Beaver Bench Mountain Bike Trail System is currently a 3-mile mountain bike loop just three miles east of downtown Beaver with plans to expand.
BEAVER COURTHOUSE MUSEUM
The Territorial Courthouse was completed in June, 1882. Be sure to check out the original jail in the basement which was in use through 1976!
BEAVER OPERA HOUSE
Visit the classical revival building that made Beaver a shining cultural beacon in southern Utah.
FRISCO GHOST TOWN
Walk through history at Frisco, the wildest mining camp of the late 1800s!
FRISCO PEAK
Hang gliders can reach altitudes of 18,000 feet and fly over 150 miles from Frisco Peak, then check out the ghost town afterwards.
