Day 1: Fun in the Snow

BREAKFAST
El Bambi
Start your day at a Beaver diner with a large menu filled with hearty, homemade breakfast items. Our personal favorite is the cinnamon roll french toast. Not sure why this isn’t a thing everywhere, but it sure is here!
SNOWSHOEING
Snowshoeing is the most accessible way to explore the magical winter backcountry in the Tushars—Utah’s third-highest mountain range. Snowshoe around Puffer Lake for a quiet and pristine morning. Or, stay closer to town and snowshoe the Beaver Bench Trail System. Snowshoe rentals are available at Tucker High Adventure Tours.
LUNCH
Mike’s Foodtown
A Beaver staple, this grocery store offers a prepared hot soup and salad bar as well as other great prepared foods to take along on your next adventure.
SLEDDING
There’s no better place to dive into this classic pastime than Ramblers. For the best sledding, head to Merchant Valley, where you can park along the pullout on Hwy 153 for Ramblers’ favorite sledding hill.
DINNER
The Creamery
Dive into a variety of dairy products, including signature cheese curds, specialty cheeses, a dairy-inspired kitchen menu, ice cream, and much more.

Day 3: Finish Strong

Breakfast
The Creamery
Did you know The Creamery serves breakfast too? Dive into a variety of dairy products, including signature cheese curds, specialty cheeses, a dairy-inspired kitchen menu, ice cream, and much more.
Snowmobiling
If you’re into snowmobiling or just want to give it a try, Ramblers is the ideal spot. Experienced riders looking for open valleys should check out Big Flat or Merchant Valley. Beginners should head to Kent’s Lakes Loop for a groomed trail. Snowmobile rentals and tours are available at Rock’n J Rentals and Tucker High Adventure Tours. Read Snowmobiling in Ramblers.
LUNCH
Beaver Taco
Beaver Taco prides itself on cooking fresh food every time you visit. They believe the most exquisite taste is the freshest taste and their goal is to bring a taste of Mexico to Beaver, Utah. If you’re epically hungr,y try the California Burrito. It’s the mac daddy of burritos.
Ice Fishing
Cast a line this winter in Ramblers. Minersville Lake is easily accessible and offers excellent ice fishing when the temps dip low enough to freeze it over. Don’t be a numbskull. Be sure to check the thickness of the ice before you walk onto it. Need some gear? Visit Beaver Pawn and Sport at 91 N Main St. in Beaver to find everything you need to catch that fish… and stay warm!
DINNER
Timberline Inn
Over the years, Timberline Inn has become one of the more popular restaurants in Southern Utah. If you enjoy superb American cooking, then you’ll love the various entrées served at the Timberline Inn. Everything is made from scratch, and all items are blended with wonderful country recipes and a pinch of flare.
