Taylors Crag is right at the mouth of Three Creeks Reservoir. There are 17 bolted climbs that are currently scattered down the canyon. This area is beautiful for climbing and has a variety of rated climbs.
If you want something completely new and totally remote, check out the hard-to-find bolted climbs in the Mineral Mountains, such as Chromosome Dome. These granite peaks can be a bit crumbly, so bring your scramble and gear because you’ll need both.
If you enjoy scrambling and want something epic, check out Belknap and Mt. Baldy Peaks. Both will provide enough scrambling to satisfy anyone seeking a great adventure.
